Thursday's Child Hat


This hat is a fair isle pattern that is fully charted in colour. It uses either three or four colours of a DK weight yarn. The lovely design is great for everyone and the hat makes a perfect gift.

This is a 3-Page, $4.00 CAD pattern.

Skill Level: Rookie-Apprentice-Virtuoso-Genius
Skills: knit, purl, K2tog, ssk, stranded colourwork

Size: adult medium
Finished Measurements: to fit approx. a 21-22” head (use worsted weight yarn and larger needles for a larger size)

Yarn: 150-200g, 330 yds (303 m) DK weight wool
Suggested Brand: 3-4 balls "Baritone" DK wool by Jojoland; 3-4 balls Mission Falls 136 DK merino.

Needles: 3.5 mm 16" circular, 4 mm 16" circular, 4 mm dpns
Other Materials: tapestry needle or teeny crochet hook, 4 stitch markers
